Balanced Consulting was created by Tanya Gawthorne — a manager, facilitator, and coach who’s spent years helping people find their footing in fast-paced, demanding work environments. Tanya believes that when we move from reacting to responding, we handle stress more calmly and make better choices. Her workshops and programs are designed to give you the tools, insights, and breathing space you need to grow — all grounded in a mix of practical know-how and real-life experience.
