These experiences are designed to be practical, thoughtful, and grounded in real life. You’re welcome to explore what’s coming up and see what resonates.
The Art of Caring Sustainably
Wildlife rescue is meaningful, demanding work — often carried out quietly, over long periods of time, and under emotional and physical strain.
This workshop offers a calm, practical space for wildlife rescuers to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what helps them stay steady and resourced over time.
It is not about pushing through or “bouncing back”, but about learning how to care sustainably — for animals, for the work, and for yourself.
