Session Details

Here you’ll find details of upcoming sessions, workshops, and gatherings — each offering space to pause, reflect, and work with what’s present.

These experiences are designed to be practical, thoughtful, and grounded in real life. You’re welcome to explore what’s coming up and see what resonates.

The Art of Perspective

Sometimes the weight we carry isn’t just in what we do, but in how we hold it.

The Art of Perspective offers a space to step back and look more gently at the thoughts, emotions, and expectations that shape your experience of stress and responsibility.

Together, we’ll explore how burnout is maintained not only by external demands, but by the ways we relate to them — what we take on, what we believe we should manage, and how we respond when we reach our limits.

You’ll be supported to untangle what is yours to carry from what isn’t, to work more skillfully with difficult thoughts and emotions, and to meet yourself with more compassion when things feel too much.

• Practical tools to right-size responsibility, identify what's within your control, and stop carrying what isn't yours to carry
• Ways to reframe how you think about your limits — moving from self-criticism to self-compassion when you can't do everything
• Guided movement, breathwork, meditation and a deeply restorative yoga nidra experience focused on setting down your burdens and finding stillness
• Space to reflect, share experiences and learn from others navigating similar pressures
• A supportive, non-judgemental environment where the reality of feeling overwhelmed is understood and respected
• An understanding of why addressing your physiology first makes every cognitive and emotional strategy more effective — and how to use that knowledge going forward

• A cushion for sitting
• A yoga mat (or similar) and a pillow to lie on
• A blanket or shawl for warmth
